Lots of new items

I have added lots of new items to all of my creations. New jewelry, Pictures and shoes and accessories are at the end of the slide shows above. I have these in stock right now and I have materials to make more of them as well as many other colors, pictures and such. If you are interested in custom items feel free to contact me. Information on how to do that is listed in the sidebar. I have been working very hard to try to create these things as economically possible and I am donating any money made from these to help out with the expenses for my daughter's autistic children and preemie baby that is also having developmental issues. I appreciate any feedback that you feel that you want to share with also.

What is Autism?

Autism is an extremely complex disorder but for now lets put it's many characteristics into four fundamental areas: sensory processing challenges, speech/language delays and impairments, elusive social interaction skills, and whole child self-esteem issues. And though these issues are common to many children, keep in mind the fact that autism is a spectrum disorder; no two (ten or twenty) children with autism will be completely alike. Every child will be at a different point on the spectrum and each will have a unique set of needs.
Some days the only predictable thing about autism is the unpredictability, and the only consistent thing is the inconsistency. There is little argument that autism is baffling, even to those who spend their lives around it. The child with autism may look "normal" but his behavior is perplexing and even downright difficult.
Autism was once thought to be an "incurable" disorder but that is quickly changing in the face of knowledge and understanding. Everyday individuals who suffer with autism are showing us that they can overcome, compensate for and manage many of autism's most challenging characteristics. Helping them on their journey towards a productive, independent adulthood is the main goal of those around them.
There are doctors(DAN defeat autism now) who specialize in helping with the many health issues that are common to most individuals with autism. Unfortunately health insurance doesn't cover most treatment of autism so these doctors are paid for out-of-pocket by the families who need them. When this added to the cost of special dietary foods and vitamins and other supplements that anyone with autism needs the expense is enormous for the family. It has been estimated that to treat, care for and educate an individual with autism the cost is between $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. This is a lot for any family to shoulder, so that is one of the reasons it is necessary for them to seek assistance by every possible means. That is the reason that I am donating part of the proceeds from the sale of any of my jewelry and craft creations to this family to help ease their burden of having 2 autistic children. I hope that if any of these items are of interest to you that you will contact me and help me with this challenge. My email is pinkdreamlife@yahoo.com

For the Princess in you. . .

I have been so busy with a lot of things is why I haven't posted anything for a while, although I have still been busy making jewelry and selling it like crazy. My newest and hottest is the Princess Crown necklaces. I have a few of them pictured in my Jewelry slide show. I have made so many different ones, from adult sizes to little itty bitty girls sizes. It has been a lot of fun, I have also been checking out some other fun ideas that I will post at a later time. If you are interested in flaunting the princess you are inside then email me and we can get you a beautiful Crown to wear around your neck. The details on how to do this is in the side bar info.

New additions to my Jewelry Creations. . .and some very important information!

I have added several new pieces of jewelry and I have organized them so that some of the newest ones are at the begining of my jewelry slide show. Also I have grouped them so that the necklaces are all at the begining and the watches and bracelets are at the end. I hope that this makes it easier to look at all of the jewelry. I have sold nearly all of the ones that are shown here. I have also made several of them again for many of you, with slight differences according to what is wanted and also it depends on what is available from my suppliers. Sometimes there are gems that are backordered which usually takes quite awhile to be restocked, so I will do what I can to make your orders as close to your request as possible. I want you to love it, so if you find that you aren't pleased with the differences, you are not obligated. I have not had a problem finding someone else who loves it and wants it. I appreciate all of you who have let me create jewelry for you and hope that I can continue to create things that will bring happiness to others.

Also I have a few fancyfeet flipflops left and with summer close to it's end I don't plan on making a whole lot that aren't special orders. I am planning to create some fancy tennis shoes for the winter time, I will post them when I get them done.

I am also currently working on some new Epoxy pictures, I have lots of pictures to use but I have to find the frames that I like with them. Keep checking...I do have a few frames. If you have a picture or frame or both that you would like to have done with the epoxy, just contact me and I can get it done for you ASAP. It does take a couple of days for it to cure after I make it so don't wait until the last minute if you are wanting to get one done for a gift. Don't forget that it won't be long until the holidays are here and these would make great Christmas gifts as well as Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. Check out the Christmas countdown in the sidebar. . .

Lots of new jewelry added

Since I sold so much of my jewelry last week, I have had a lot of special orders this week. I have put pictures of all of them in my jewelry slide show, make sure to watch it until the end or else skip ahead towards the end to see all of it. This is so much fun to do. Thanks again to everyone who keeps me going with this crafting.

Jewelry Party

I had a "Jewelry Party" at my daughter Cassie's last week and it was so much fun. I got to meet a lot of her friends where she lives(plus it is alot cooler weather there)! Anyway she wanted to show off my jewelry that I make and since it really does look better in person than it does in the pictures, so we partied. I want to thank Cassie and everyone who came and gave me their opinions about it, also big thanks to all of you who bought jewelry, pictures or fancy shoes. It was a great success!

Fancy Feet

When I lived in Montana, I made some cute flip flops like these and sold them at the "People's Market" that was every Saturday in the warm summer months. Crafters and Artists came from all over to sell their creations and it was a big success for everyone. The people loved these flip flops and I decided (with the help of my daughters suggestion) to make some more to sell, especially since I am now in Arizona again and the shoes are year round attire here. Check out the ones that I have made so far on my slideshow above. If you are wanting some then send me an email with your order. Details on how to do that is listed in the sidebar.
